a dynamic mat sculpt class that blends  Pilates principles with strength focused elements using hand weights, resistance bands, and a Pilates ball for a balanced, full-body workout.




POWER FORM | Sculpt Class 

Our strongest sculpt format. Where reformer meets mat based strength training. Power form mixes reformer strength with mat sculpting for the ultimate full body challenge. Expect controlled resistance, targeted muscle activation, and slow burn core work sequences. Designed for the athletic Pilates girly. 




FORM in MOTION+ | Jumpboard Class 

A cardio, high energy, and full motion class using the jumpboard designed to challenge your stamina. Expect rhythmic jumping, dynamic core work, and strength sequences that leave you feeling powerful and refined. It's cardio, but make it Pilates.
