MEMBERSHIPS | payment, activation, & billing
Memberships are charged on the date of purchase using the payment method on file. If a membership is purchased prior to the studio’s official opening date, the membership will be considered active beginning on the first day the studio opens for business, and the billing cycle will begin on that date.
If a membership is purchased after the studio has opened, the membership will become active immediately on the date of purchase, and the membership billing cycle will begin on that same date.
Memberships automatically renew on a recurring monthly basis on the same billing date unless canceled in accordance with the studio’s membership cancellation policy.
Once a membership has been purchased, no refunds, credits or prorated adjustments will be issued for any unused classes, partial billing cycles, missed classes, schedule changes, or failure to use the membership.
FOUNDER MEMBERSHIPS | commitment period
Members who purchase a Founder Membership will receive a price-locked rate per month provided the membership remains active and in good standing. If a Founder Membership is canceled or allowed to lapse, the founding rate will be permanently forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
Promotional Founding Membership offers include a minimum commitment period of three (3) months. After the three (3) month commitment period has been fulfilled, the membership will continue on a month to month recurring basis unless canceled in accordance with the studio’s membership cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION POLICIES | late cancel & no-show
Unlimited membership:
late cancellations made less than eight (8) hours before the reserved class time will incur a $10 late cancellation fee. Failure to attend a reserved class with out cancelling will be considered a no-show cancellation and will incur a $20 no-show fee.
Monthly class membership, single class, add on class, semi-private and private sessions:
no fees will be charged for late cancellations or no-shows; however the class credit associated with the reservation will be deducted.
Complimentary guest class pass & paid guest class pass:

WAITLIST | booking & policies
If a class is fully booked, members may choose to add themselves to the class waitlist through the studio’s booking system.
When a space becomes available, members on the waitlist will be automatically added to the class in the order they joined the waitlist, and a notification will be sent through the booking system.
Once a member is moved from the waitlist into the class, the reservation is considered confirmed, and all late cancellation and no-show policies apply.
GUEST PASS | reservations & policies
Active members may reserve a guest pass for one (1) guest per calendar month at the discounted rate of $28 per class.
Unlimited Membership holders receive one (1) complimentary guest pass per calendar month. The complimentary guest pass must be used within the same calendar month and does not roll over if unused.
Guest reservations must be made through the member’s account, and the guest must be accompanied by the member attending the same class. late cancellation and no-show policies apply and will be charged to the member's account, class credit will also be forfeited.
