Expect clear instruction, supportive pacing, and movements that build confidence and body awareness. Think: slow, supportive and confidence building so you can progress into our signature FORMA STUDIO method. 

FORM in MOTION | Flow Class 

Your go-to feel good flow. A seamless athletic flow that keeps you moving from start to finish. Expect dynamic transitions, precise cues, and a rhythmic elevated experience that challenges your endurance and sharpens your core. It's dynamic, a little spicy, and perfect if you love staying in motion. 

POWER FORM | Sculpt Class 

Our strongest sculpt format. Where reformer meets mat based strength training. Power form mixes reformer strength with mat sculpting for the ultimate full body challenge. Expect controlled resistance, targeted muscle activation, and slow burn core work sequences. Designed for the athletic Pilates girly. 

FORM in MOTION+ | Jumpboard Class 

A cardio, high energy, and full motion class using the jumpboard designed to challenge your stamina. Expect rhythmic jumping, dynamic core work, and strength sequences that leave you feeling powerful and refined. It's cardio, but make it Pilates.
